1.How to buy LED lamp from us?

When you are walking on our website, you could pick up LED lamp you are interested in. You just should send us email or give us a call, or talk with our customer online service by MSN or Skype. Then we will give you the prompt response and service.

2.How to place an order?

If you want to place an order to us, please advise us the item no. and quantity you need by email or fax, then we will give you quototation accoringly. Once all the information are confirmed, we will follow the order step by step.

3.What is your payment term?

Normally, our payment term is 30% deposit in acvance, the balance  against the copy of B/L or Waybill.

If the quantity is less than MOQ we required, please pay us 100%  in advance via West Union or Coinstar.

4.Can I buy one or two pieces as sample order?

Of course, it is welcome. Because it is good for importer to know our quality and to test their market.

5.Can I get a free sample?

The cost of LED lamp is high, and to show our sincerity of cooperation. Please bear the cost of sample and freight.

6.How to ship my goods?

Customers could choose the shipping method themselves. We suggest Fedex, DHL, UPS, TNT and EMS when the quantity is small, so that we can give you door to door service.

If your quantity is large, we suggest you choose ocean shipping, due to its freight is cheap.
