Q: I need several kinds of heating machines. What’s your main products?

A: Our leading products include IGBT high frequency induction heating machine, IGBT medium frequency induction heating machine, CNC quenching machine tool, IGBT medium frequency induction melting furnace, KGPS medium frequency induction melting furnace, open-type water cooling tower, closed loop water cooling tower, air-cooled chiller, etc. 

Q: I never used machines of your company before. How is your products’ quality?

A: The core device IGBT is imported from Siemens and the main components are purchased globally. Our products have been strictly checked and tested to ensure their quality before leaving the factory. And they have been well recognized by our clients at home and abroad.

Q: I’m not familiar with the machine. I’m not sure if I can install and use it correctly.

A: Along with the machine, we will offer you a brochure with detailed information about installation and operation. If necessary, the instructional video is also available.

Q: The machine is quite heavy and it is electricity-powered. Is it difficult to be delivered abroad? Does it have risk of being damaged during the delivery?

A: The machine is wrapped in the plastic film for waterproof, and then put in the standard wooden case for export with foam for shockproof, and nailed at last. It has little risk of being damaged.
