Installation and Commissioning: The seller should send engineers for installation and commissioning, and our workers are also responsible for the training of the buyer's workers, however, do not worry about the passport of the workers. The buyer should be responsible for each of our technician’s accommodation, meals, round-trip tickets, self-security and 80 USD per day abroad.
After-sales Services:
(1) Guarantee period is one year, and the buyer will only take the shipment for components change.
(2) The buyer should take all the expense if it’s not the machine quality problem, such as the buyer’s incorrect operation, etc.
(3) After warranty period, the seller can charge the buyer the cost and some service charge for repairing, or changing components. Charging standards will be arranged separately.
