Shandong Jinxiang Aluminum Group was established in 1999, specialized in manufacturing various top-grade aluminum profiles of windows & doors and curtain wall. Jinxianghas an output of 200,000 tons of aluminum profiles, 55,000 square meters of curtain wall annually.

 

Equipped with 30 lines of Mitsubishi aluminum extrusion machines from Japan and powder painting lines from GEMA of Switzerland. We have four major series of thousands of specifications, including mill finish, anodizing, electrophoresis, polish, powder coating, PVDF, wood-grain, thermal break profiles.

5. Anodizing and Electrophoresis

 

 

Anodizing is an electrochemical  process that forms a durable, porous  anodic oxide 

layer on the surface of aluminum, adding to the protection provided by its natural oxide film.

Colors: silver, champagne, golden, light and dark bronze,black etc.

Equipments: two horizontal anodizing and electrophoresis lines

Production standards: GB5237.2-2008, GB5237.3-2008

6. Powder Coating and Packaging

 

Powder coating offer the designer a wide array of colors and the extruder options to achieve 

performance requirements required by GB5237.4-2008 

Equipments: three lines in total, including one horizontal line and two vertical lines which are imported from Switzerland and Italy.

Colors: according to customers requirement or RAL COLOR STANDARD.

 

7. Storage and Loading

 

 

3D storehouse and electric lifts make loading more efficiently and 3D storehouse gives more space to aluminum extrusion.
