Brief Introduction of Small Sand Dryer:
Small sand dryer, also called mini sand dryer, is developed from the three-drum sand dryer to have good heat preservation effect and low energy consumption. But the the internal structure of the small sand dryer, improved by increasing the pre-drying and actual drying time of wet material.
The biggest characteristic of small sand dryers is the integration of the stove and the dryer: The heat source fries the cylinder directly, at the same time, the hot air is induced by draft fan into the dryer chamber to have thermal heat exchange with the wet material. In this way, the drying effect has been greatly improved.

Application of Small Sand Dryer:
The small sand dryer is mainly used in small dry mortar plants, mineral processing, building materials, metallurgy, chemical industry to dry material with medium-to-low moisture and granularity. It has strong adaptability to various materials. It is mainly applicated to granular materials like sand, such as beans, corn, sesame, etc. The operation is simple and reliable, area covering small, which get the favour of many users of small and middle scale plant.
