Sunin factory manufacture 200℃ FEP tubing and 260℃ PFA tubing, narual color and colorfull color.

Stable fep/ pfa tubing sizes control:

Suniu factory use Laser Diameter Measurement(abbr. LDM) to monitor outer diameters of fep tubing & pfa tubing, besides, pin guage is used to test inner diameter. LDM continuously measures tubing OD (outer diameter) during production. It also tells ovality in LDM display, with high accuracy to keep OD remain within setted specification. The LDM will alarms if size exceed setted specification.
