The lock is powered with 4 pcs AA battery, 4 new battery can open more than 10,000 times.
What should do when battery is die?
The lock will beep to prompt when power is low, please change the battery when it alarm, keep 200 times unlocking chance.
How to open the lock if the card is not work or there is something wrong with the electronic part?
Each lock are equipped with 2 mechanical keys, you can open door with those keys.

Yes,we have logo laser printing machine, which can help us to print logo easily.
What's the MOQ and if can send sample to have a test?
Moq is 10 sets for lock, 30 pcs for switch. And we can send sample to have a test. Sample is paid, but the sample cost will be refund when you place a mass product order (more than 100 pcs).
