3. The description of the reactor
(1) Several insulation layers in reactors which is better at the heating insulating
property.
(2) Light oil gas will be generated when the inner temperature reaches 100 °c,
250-280°c is the best temperature for the out put rate.
(3) The flue gas would be purified through the furnace into the dedusting system.
(4) Auto welding, and radiographic testing.
(5) The above reactor is customized, For your pyrolysis plants, such as:
the type of the feeding door, the installation, the shape, colours etc. is helpful
