Most of the machine are fully assembled in Reignmac factory,so just open the package,remove the lubrication grease and get power connected. For other machines, the main parts are well assembled, you might need to install some parts which are easy to install and our engineer will contact with you to install.

1. Can I visit you? Sure, our factory is in Shunde, foshan, China. Warmly welcome to visit our factory if it's convenient for you, please contact us to make an appointment and supply the pick-up service and hotel reservation service. 2. Can I negotiate the prices for the machine? Yes, we may consider great discounts for mass buying quantity, the more you buy, the lower our price will be. Please contact with our sales and get the catalogue and quotation for your request ! 3. How many days do you need for delivery? Some of our machines have stock, so if you order and make payment, we might deliver asap. If no stock, we might need 60-75 days for new production. But the delivery time is determined by the order you purchase. We will try our best to produce faster if your time is urgent. 4. What is your price term and payment term? Price term: EXW,FOB, CNF, CIF, ect. Payment term: T/T, L/C,ect. You can choose the one which is the most convenient and cost effective for you. 5. How much will be the Shipping cost? This is determined by the purchasing quantity of machines and your destination port. We will be grateful if you can tell us your destination and items you will order. 6. Can you give warranty of your products? Yes,1 year warranty since we load the machine at the factory for the spare part which is broken cuased by the quality of part according to the serial no of machine you supply .After 1 year , the part is payable by the customer . 7.How to install and operate the machine? For Moulder and Multi rip saw machines,most of the machine are fully assembled in our factory, so just open the package ,remove the lubrication grease and get power connected. For DET machines, the main parts are well assembled, you might need to install some parts which are easy to install and any problem may have can contact with us for more information for installation . About operate the machine, we have operation instructions for you.If you need after service or installation and adjustment from Reignmac , all expenses are payable by your company , which are the ticket from China to your company,the hotel in your country , the food in your country and the Chinese translator for your language etc. all charges happen during the after service and installation & adjustment.
