Functions

 

1) Wide application

Air shaft as an independent accessory, can be designed from one inch to 12 inches, real size is according to clients' practical need. It can be widely used in slitting, printing, rewinding, coating, laminating, bag making, paper making machines,ect. 

2) Long use time and easy to maintance

We only produce high-quality air shaft, with required surface treatment, even for screws, we only adopt stainless steel not cheap steel or other metals that would be rusty.

3) High load capacity

Our keys are made from steel, which is the best material and wear resisting.

Surface treatment for shaft head: we use phosphating method, if clients ask for chroming, we can also do it. But we abandon blackening method, which is easily rusty.

Surface treatment for shaft body: chroming is best choice, nickeling is second choice, while zincing is the least choice, we don't recommend it.
