YGT-105B Black foam rubber Three-layer Golf practice Mat 

 

The black foam rubber three-layer Golf Mat is used for golf training. Our mat is made of nylon knitted turf, foam rubber and hard rubber. The nylon grass layer with good colorfastness, suitable for hitting. It has long fiber life, with knitted construction and cushion pad system designed to absorb club head shock. The foam rubber has small thermal expansion coefficient and resists deformation. The bottom layer is hard rubber, which adds weight to the mat with good anti-slippery effect and keeps the mat unshift while hitting. Besides it is durable, comfortable, environmentally friendly and cost-effective.

1. Will the color of grass fade?

The color of the grass has been treated by anti- UV, so the color will not fade. Further more, ,it can resist ultraviolet light, wind, rain, dew, frost, mist ,bacteria and other harsh environmental conditions after long time (more than 5 years) testing

 

2.How about the glue layer?

We use the environment friendly glue and it does not come unglued and swelling after two years testing

 

3.What is different between knitted crimp and tufting grass?

The warp knitted crimp is interwoven together by knitting grass machine which is more durable than tufting grass.

 

4. What is different between EVA foam rubber and other materials foam rubber?

The EVA foam rubber is more than twice durable than other material foam rubber and can’t collapse easily.
