Description

HDPE Welding Rods are available from Professional Plastics in coils or rolls. The most important element to successful thermoplastic welding is the filler rod. To insure proper bonding, it is essential that filler rods be made with the same high grade resins used in the material being welded. Our Welding Rod is extruded using only the highest grade virgin resins available. 

• Welding Rod is available in a large variety of materials
• Diamters from 3mm to 5mm available
• Round or Oval cross section shape available
• Shapes: other customerized shapes available based on MOQ 20,000kgs.
• Colors options: Natura white (milky color); Black ( carbon black content 2-3%, UV resistant)
• Weight scope:  2kgs/coil(roll); 3kgs/ coil(roll).5kgs/coil(roll); 10kgs/coil(roll)
• Package: Plain plastic bags or customerized printing polybags as inside package; paper carton box or plastic box as outsider package for convenience of stock and long-distance transportation; pallet loading.
