This aluminum pressure die casting machine is a middle size horizontal cold chamber die-casting machine, which can die-cast middle size non-ferrous metal cast, such as aluminum, zinc and cooper alloy, etc.

Computer-programmed control;hydraulic drive; crank expanding structure; 4-rod pilot elastic stress framework; locking that is tensile, faster and reliable; hydraulic ejector for lift-out, mould thickness can be controlled by hydraulic motor; 3-step hydraulic boosting and injection system that is constant and effective; injection rate over 6M/S and minimum boosting time less than 25ms.

The machine is superior in performance, high in productivity and smooth in operation. It is advantageous in technology in China's mainland.

 HYDRAULIC SYSTEM 

The hydraulic driving system of the machine is open type, which is formed by oil tank, oil filter, oil pump feeding system, driving cylinder (cylinders of die closing, injection, pressurizing, ejecting and dnockout core, etc.), all flow, pressure and direction control valves, accumulator, cooler and hydraulic pipeline, etc.
