JDGKP-003 Inorganic Silver Ion Antibacterial Powder is Jinda’s patented product. The patent No. is X201210273501.8. – The Production Methods of Antibacterial Powder of Cubic Zirconium Phosphate Carrying Silver.


This is made by using Zirconium Phosphate as carrier, and distributing uniformly the antibacterial silver ions by stable form into the structure of Zirconium Phosphate. 


It’s ultra-fine powder with strong antibacterial effect, high security, stable chemical property, superior heat resistance and no drug resistance, therefore broad-spectrum restraining and killing many types of bacterium, such as Klebsiella pneumonia, Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Candida albicans etc. The heat resistance and long-acting effect are incomparable by other antibacterial agent.

Textile, shoe materials, plastic, rubber, ceramic and coating, etc.


[How to use]


- Textile and plastic: Pre-fabricate into antibacterial master batches, then add it into plastic by proportion. Suggested rate 1.0-1.2% by weight. 


- Rubber: Add in the production process by suggested rate 1.0-1.2% by weight.


- Ceramic: Suggested rate 6-10%


- Coating: Suggested rate 1-3%
