Equipment disposition: Generally four hot presses are a production line, must provide the
dryer, the glue mixer machine and air flow dryer each.
- Crusher:If the material log is bigger than 5*5mm,smaller than 200mm,there is necessary to crush the material into 5*5mm for the further processing.
- Dryer machine:If the material's moisture is above 15%,the drying machine is needed to dry the moisture under 15% before mixing the material with glue.The productivity can be designed as the customer's need.
- Glue mixer:Use the glue mixer to mix the material with glue.
- Hot presss machine:Use the hot press machine to make the wood pallet block.
