FAQ
Q1: is this charcoal is 100% natural?
A : Yes, 100% natural, although it is produced by machine, but it is made of 100% natural wood sawdust, no any chemical subjestc, application in home cooking, outdoor camping and restaurant.
Q2: How many hours of burning time?
A : 5hours
Q3: How to light up and how long time to burn?
A : Lighting with small gas stove or gas light starter, or biomass fire starter.
Light time: above 20minutes, as this charcoal is high carbon fixing, high compressed density to keep longer burning time and high temperature, high calorific.
Q4: Can I have the small quantity sample?
A : Of course we would like to provide sample, FREE 1-2kgs, but freight should be paid by you, tks for sharing.
Q5: Can I order small quantity, such as 5tons, or 10tons?
A : Sorry, as charcoal is DG cargo( dangerous, burning kind, ect), very few shipping line to accept to deliivery, especially on LCL shipment. So the MOW is 18tons/20FT,
Q6: Can I use our brand and carton design?
A : Yes, it is available. But to save cost, we suggest the brand and carton design should be within 2colors and normal brown background.
Q7: Can we share your partners at our local market?
A : We would like to share with you, but we have to consult with our current partners, especially some distributors and wholesaller, who would not like that we reveal their supplier's info to protect business confidential.
