Q: What is the packing for this model?
R: The packing is very strong, there is protect material inside box.So it is not easily broken in shipping.
Q: How about payment term?
R: We accept TT, LC, Cash and Western Union. 30% deposit+balance against BL copy. But for little quantity order, we only accept 100%TT before shipping.
Q: Delivery Time?
R: Normally 20 days after deposit.
Q: Is sample supplied? Sample Lead Time?
R: Sample is available, but the sample cost and freight cost need to be afford by customer, and this payment will be returned after customer place an order. Sample Lead Time is within 3days.
Q: How to send sample?
R: For sample, delivery by express (DHL, Fedex), the battery must be taken out, with battery is forbidden for air delivering. But it is no problem for using scale in customer's side.
Q: Do you supply shipping service?

R: Normally is by sea, because all of scales are with battery inside, can't by air.
