The closing unit of the machine adopts the double-toggle connecting rod expanding-force unit, ensuring a prompt die-opening and die-closing action and an excellent die-closing precision and stability.

 

The injection unit is fixed on the machine base. It is fitted with oil cylinders for tension, which connect with the die-casting mould platen, on its both sides. The nozzle can either connect with or disconnect from the die-closing unit, which is controlled through a solenoid operated directional valve. With these design features, the sealability between the sprue bush and the nozzle can be ensured, meanwhile, the installation and cleaning of the nozzle and the heater can be performed with ease.

 

The automatic working cycle of the machine is as follows: core in→closing→tension→ slow injection→ rapid injection→injection delay→injection return →nozzle off →cooling delay→die opening→core out→ejection forward→ejection backward→push off→push off back→ detect→spraying ……

  

 

The hydraulic pipeline system consists of three hydraulic combination units, pressure control unit, die-closing pipe unit, ejecting pipe unit and injecting control pipe unit. They all are mounted on the rear of the machine. All the hydraulic elements are installed on the three hydraulic combination units, which offer pipeline systems with a trim appearance and convenient maintenance.

 

The machine includes two sets of melting unit, which are the full automatic combustion furnace and the electric furnace. Users can choose one kind of melting unit discretionarily. The chimney of the melting furnace should be extended outdoors and the chimney opening should be open upward to prevent smoke against floating backward.

A:About 500 sets per year.

A:About the maximum mold measure of the machine can make,this is not certain, depending on the product .

A:Generally, it will take 7 to 10 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
