Testing we do on Hoses: 

1) Leakage Testing: Piece by piece, Tested under 10bar for 3 second, no leakage!

2) Tensile Testing: Sampling tested by hanging100KGS object for 5 minutes, no loose! 

3) Burst Pressure Testing: Sampling tested in burst machine,by increasing pressure to 50bar, no broken!

Terms and Conditions: 

1) MOQ: total quantities no less than 5000pieces and the total amount  no less than USD5000 each order;

2) Payment term: 30% deposit before production and the balance paid against copy of B/L;

3) Loading port: Yiwu, Ningbo or Shanghai port, China;

4) Delivery time: 35-40 days after deposit;

5) Price term: EXW, FOB, CNF or CIF
