The “HCH 908T” and “HCH 408T”require 5% less electric power compared with the existing model, with the redesigned weft insertion, shedding, and beating. In addition, its robust frame structure and the optimized beating mechanism reduce vibration by 25% compared with the existing model.

 

The RUSH START MOTOR can uprate the power at the moment of startup, and weft blower RDP can convert power, don’t need to equip weft blower SDP. All these can greatly save energy and reduce operating costs.

 

(3) The stability of the weft insertion performance and soft weft insertion

 

 The new type nozzle of Qingdao HCH Water Jet Looms can improve the bundling of injection water, to achieve the weft insertion of small shedding. In addition, even in the ultra-high speed operation, it can only use a small amount of injection water, so as to realize the soft weft insertion. It can not only improve the quality of fabric, also can reduce the consumption of water.
