Double sided adhesive magnetic tape proved superior to sintered magnets on the aspects of forming ability, size precision, consistence and flexibility, are compounded of Strontium or Barium ferrite powder and plastic or rubber material through special technique.
Unlike hard ferrite magnet which is normally fragile against to shock, flexible magnet is flexible, and uneasy to break and crack. It can be manufactured in proper flexibility and cut into any size with knife or scissors to meet customer's specific requirement without cracking or loss of magnetic energy.
Application for Double sided adhesive magnetic tape:
Due to the flexibility and magnetic strength of flexible magnet, it is the ideal material where rigid, brittle, or electrical conductive materials can not be used. It can be mainly used in magnetic attraction devices for the refrigerator, disinfector, furniture door, articles for culture and education, advertising signs, stepping motors, electronic equipments, magnetic therapy apparatus, sensors, household appliances, gifts and children's toys.
