Automatic disposable plastic tray thermoforming machine/polyethylene seed tray/divided lunch tray forming machine

 

 

 

Outline: 

1. A combination of mechanical, electric and pneumatic components;

2. The whole system is controlled by micro-PLC, it can be operated in man-interface;

3. It combines the material sending, heating forming, shaping into one process;

4. It has three operation models: manual, semi-automatic, automatic.

5. The  normal working speed is around 2-6 second/cycle.

 

Applied range:

 1. It mainly used for BOPS, HIPS, PS, PVC, PET plastic sheet film to heating, forming, cutting, counting, stacking.

 2. It can produce the productions like food containers, trays, bowls, lids etc, such as, food grade boxes, fast food boxes, snack tray, supermaket tray, oral liquid tray and so on.

Our services

 

1. Terms of Payment: 40% advance payment by T/T upon signing the contract.60% balance by the T/T before shipment.

2. Installation and Start-up: 1 or 2 technicians will be assigned to coordinate installation, commissioning and training, cost for flight and suitable accommodation & food will be charged additionally. for cup machine noromally one week and cup line will be two weeks.

3. Samples will be first making drawing for customer checking and confirmation then starting mould production ,machine quotation based on FOB Ningbo Port.

4. Delivery time:     30 days after deposit reached. 

5. Warranty:   12 months limited warranty. Starting from the date of machine arrival buyer's place excluding wear parts.
