3. How about the quality of the machine?
All the equipment offered by Henan Zhongzhou Heavy Industry Technology Co., Ltd are produced by China national standard drawings, nonstandard equipment will be produced by the drawings confirmed by clients. Zhongzhou Machinery strictly follows ISO 9001: 2008 Quality management system. Most equipment will be test for at least 8 hours in the factory before delivery. There is record in computer for each equipment, spares can be easily confirmed when it is necessary.
4. How long is the delivery time?
Normal delivery time within 10 to 20 working days, complete production line or larger equipment may take longer. Exact delivery shall be confirmed when place the order.
5. How long is the warranty?
Quality guarantee term is for one year except wearing parts. Any broken which are caused by machine-self and quality will be responsible for our manufacturer. Others which are caused by operation mistakes, man-made problems etc will be responsible for clients-self.
6. What is the required adhesive in the briquetting process?
It is depend on the properties of your raw materials, and also usage of the briquettes. We have some formula of binders for some of raw materials, we would like to share them to our customers.
7. How to install the equipment?
We will provide the English version of the installation manual, the customer can install and commission the machine according to the manual . If it is a complex production line, we have several experienced technicians with passports ready to go for installation, when installation service is needed, the client should pay for technicians’ round way air tickets, salary(shall be confirmed before leaving), food and lodging, most importantly to guarantee the technicians’ safety.
8. How to choose shipping companies and routes?
