Filter using hydrophobic PTFE or polypropylene microporous membrane folding. Filter for high quality imported stainless steel(304/316L), designed and manufactured according to GMP standard, efficient, energy saving, safe, reliable, widely used in fermentation of air, injection with air, inert gas purification (air can be used as the total bacteria, and sub-filter browser), distilled water tank "breathing apparatus." Sterilization gas filter is designed for thechemical industry, food industry, tank gas exchange when the purpose of sterilization of the design and manufacture. Gas particulate filter 0.02μm accuracy, efficiency reached 99.99%. Filtering capacity can be selected in the framework of 0.1-100m3/min. Media thickness is only 0.8mm,
pore size uniformity and stability, the gas resistance of small, renewable convenience. Filter Under normal circumstances can be used two to three years, renewable upon may be extended to four to six years. Can also be used for steam sterilization of the filter. This filter can completely solve the problem of air bacteria but also improve the quality of disinfection and sterilization in order to meet the health requirements of GMP and sterile.
