Carbide ball is made by refractory metal carbides (WC, TiC) micron powder as a main component, cobalt (Co) or nickel (Ni), molybdenum (Mo) as binder, sintered in a vacuum furnace or hydrogen reduction furnace.
Carbide balls are widely used in stretching the punching precision parts, precision bearings, instruments, meters, Pen, spraying machines, water pumps, mechanical parts, sealing valves, brake pump, squeeze-hole punch, oil, hydrochloric acid laboratory, hardness measuring instrument, gear, weight, decoration, finishing and so on high-end industry!
High compressive strength, hardness and resistance against wear, and the ability to withstand shock and also impact, can replace all ball products.
