Product Description


The furnace is made of pre-shaped steel plates,and equipped with special designed air blower,with advan-tages of high pressure and high flow,to circulate the hot air inside furnace more evenly,so as to ensure the aluminium profile quality after aging.
Ceramic fiber sealing embed along the furnace door and the pneumatic cylinder that locks the door ensure the best sealing and short heating time,thus less energy consumption compared to regular model.

1.Circulating fan: the fan is installed on the upper part of the furnace body;
2. Furnace structure: the furnace body bracket is welded with channel steel, angle steel, rectangular welded 
pipe, etc., and the furnace wall sealing plate is δ2-Q235 plate;
3. Insulation: the thickness of the insulation layer on both sides and top of the furnace body is 200mm, the 
thickness of the insulation layer at the bottom of the furnace is 120, the thickness of the insulation layer of
the furnace door is 160mm; the insulation material is made of high-quality aluminum silicate fiber cotton;
4. Furnace door: The thickness of the furnace door is 850mm, and the inside of the furnace door is 
equipped with a circulating air duct; the furnace door is dragged and lowered by the electric hoist, each furnace 
door is locked by the cylinder; the geared motor is the worm gear reduction motor.
5.Trolley: The furnace is equipped with two trolleys. The trolley is a channel steel frame structure. The lower 
part of the trolley is equipped with a plurality of rollers. Two roller bearings are mounted on each roller. The 
trolley is placed in and out of the furnace. Needle reducer and chain push log drag;
6. Heating method: Integrated burner for direct heating.

For ordinary small-sized machine such as saw, 30 days; middle-sized machine such as heating furnace, 45-50 days, for big-sized machine such as cooling system/profile handling system, 60 days. We could also design and make the whole production line for our customer, around 3-6 months.


2. What’s your ordinary shipment method?

We can deliver the machine by land, or by ocean.
