PVC/PE wood plastic wall cladding/flooring/window/door/mirror/photo frame/decking/fence/bench/ceiling extrusion line is optimized in design with reference to the newest technology.
The unit is composed of milling machine, mixer,granulator,extrusion line (conical double-screw extruder, vacuum calibration table, hauling off machine, cutter, material reversal table), after-treatment (embosser,sanding machine,wire brush napping machine),etc.
The main machine(extruder) adopts AC frequent variable drive system and the temperature control, both of which adopt high quality products. The unit is also able to directly extrude artificial wood foamed profile material, and the effect is better than that of the single-screw extruder.

1. This technology is suitable to produce WPC products at high value with various plastic and natural fiber, and the material is 90% of waste plastic and waste natural fiber.
