| Introduction | 3611B is an epoxy surface mount adhesive that cures rapidly at elevated temperatures and has been specially designed for thick cupper and plastics plate (3.0MM) print. The very low moisture absorption allows expose to humidity in open baths, without causing void formation in the cured adhesive. 3611B has been successfully used for print, particularly suited for thick plate print, high wet strength and good electrical characteristics are required. | |
| Curing Condition | 3611B is designed to cure in 90 to 120 seconds at 150 oC and in 4 minutes at a temperature of 120 oC. Rate of cure and final strength will depend on the residence time at the cure temperature. The following graph is recoMMended curing curve. | |
