Product Description
1. Short description
HT-450-9D Rod Breakdown Machine for Copper is used to draw Φ8.0mm copper rod into φ2.2 - 3.5mm.
The line is consisted of the following main parts, i.e. the drawing machine, the annealer, the dancer,
the coiler, emulsion system, tooth wheel lubricating system, electrical control cabinet. The drawing
machine is in fast die change design.
Wire supplied from the jumbo coil (3 to 5 tons) through the payoff, drawn by the drawing machine,
via the annealer and the dancer, finally fall into baskets/ winded into bobbins.

3. Packing: well packed on steel pallets in 2x 40HC containers.
Suitable for long distance ocean freight transportation and to change of climate, well protected
against moisture and shocks.
