[First Use of Doser]

• Slightly open inlet valve, and press down the vent valve at the top of doser; 
• When the continuous water flow spills from vent valve, it shows that the air in the doser has been completely expelled; at this time, we shall loose the button; 
• After we slightly open inlet valve, the doser will automatically enter into operation state; at this time, it will make a normal sound of“click”; 
• Start the doser until the liquid drug at bottom is  injected into the doser(it is able to observe that the liquid drug is sucked into doser through sucker). 

[Adjustment of Injection Scale]

• Cut off the water supply to make the internal pressure of doser decreased to 0 Mpa, and then adjust the injection scale; 
• Loosen the locking ring, and rotate the scale handle upwards or downwards  till required dosing scale; lock the locking  ring after completion of scale adjustment; 
• Range of adjustable injection scale: 2%-0.2% (1:50-1:500) 

[Use of Filter and Considerations]

• After correct installation of water filter, it is able to provide pure and disinfected drinking water for livestock farm.After there is unobstructed water flow, an automatic water filtering can be carried out, without any labor management cost. 
• The water filter of doser doesn’t belong to scope of quality warranty,and its service life is greatly related with water qualit. Under normal use, if it is found that there are many impurities on the bottom of filter, the filter element shall be cleaned  or replaced; 
• If the filter of doser affects the water flow, please change the filter element.  

Doser User Manual suggestion:

  The Doser Jet is powered by water flow, with minimal loss of pressure. The water engine powers the proportioning unit.  No external power is required. The proportioning unit injectors liquid additives in direct relation to the amount of water that  passes through the motor and injects the additives into the water system

The water engine action:
  The suction and proportioning unit is built from a piston connected to the water engine, from which it derives its movement.  The piston moves within a cylinder with a nonreturn valve. The movement of the piston within the cylinder causes the water to  be injected and the required liquid additive to be drawn through a pipe inserted into a container. It is possible to regulate the  supply ratio between the additive and the water passing through the  injector model.The drawn additive is transferred through a inlet bypass directly into the main water line, without contact with the water engine.

Accurate chemical fertilizer dosing,  dosing pump ecowis using tips:

    1. Range of application f or hydraulic pressure: 0.3~4Bar, that is, 0.3~4 kilogram force

Explanation: The height of water tower shall be within 3-40m. If the water is supplied not through tower, the requirement shall be generally met; the pressure of water supply under no tower shall be 2-3 kilogram force.

     2. Range of flow per hour: 10-2500L/H

     Explanation: Currently, doser OP002 has overcome the most leading small-flow work requirement in the world, and the flow per hour is up to 10L/H, that is, 0.33ml/S. Under the condition of water flow of 0.33ml/s, the doser can be still under normal operation to ensure the mixture of indrawn liquid medicine and water and also ensure that the liquid medicine expelled from outlet is scale solution.
