Machine main application fields:
Machine equipped with tensioning device, it was mainly used to roll metal strips, plastic taps etc to coils, it can roll up to coils tightly and neatly.
Machine main configurations:
1. Machine equipped with tensioning device, this device was consisted of upper and lower rollers, material guiding device, tensioning gap adjusting device, brake device etc.
2. Press arm device(optional part), when material is thicker than 2.0mm, if the user want to roll strips to coils tightly, it's better to equip with this device, as it can hold strips firmly when the machine rolls strips.
3. Sensor frame device. It was mainly used to control the decoiler to roll strips automatically. When strips touched the sensor frame, the machine will stop to work, on the contrary, when the stips left the strips, the machine will start to work again.
4. Wheels with brake installed at bottom (optional part). Equipping with this device, machine can be removed from one place to another, further more, the wheels equipped with brake, so when you moved to the suitable place, press down the brake, machine will be fixed firmly.

1. It's suitable for all kinds of material, no matter thin or thick, metal or nonmetal sheets.
2. It's mainly used to coil scraped strips from the punching machine, saving lobour and space.
3. Brake device is adjustable. The principal axis adopts powerful type. It makes the material roll smoothly and increase loading capability.

5.It adopts JAPAN magnetic contactor and electronic components, less trouble and long lifetime.
