LK-70 Length-counting sensor & cable meter counter /mechanical Length measuring counter
A length-counting sensor consists of a length-counting drive wheel, lengthcounting receive and signal output circuits.
By reverse friction and rolling between the sensor and the measured objects(plastic belts, textile products and so on), or
reverse rolling with shaft of machine for production of measured objects, by combining the gear ratio and photo signal,
the driven wheel input the signal of measured actual length unit to the counter (length counter) and the accumulated length is
recorded by the counter.
This sensor is widely used in areas such as plastic, rubber machinery, package machinery, printing machinery, textile machine, wire and cable equipments as well as all occasion the automatic measurement and accumulation of products length is
required during production.
