1,  Does your company accept small order? ?

Yes, we accept small order as the initial order to start a new business relationship. Customer will experience our quality and service.

2,  Can you make the products as per our design and artwork? ?

Sure, we can make the products as per customer's design and requirements. Also, we can design for customer if necessary, we have our own designers.

3,  Can you send me samples? ?

 If the models are our own, and there are some samples in stock, we can send one or two pieces for your evaluatoin.

4,  What is your sample policy  ?

Usually, we need US$40-US$150 for one model sample, and this sample charge will be refunded in the purchase order if no change. We can finish the sample in 3-5 days.

5,    Who pay the courier charge ?

If you have paid the sample charge, our company will pay the courier charge.

6,   What is the payment method?

We accept T/T, L/C, Western Union, Money Gram, and other payment method is negotiable.

7,   How about shipment?

By sea, by air, by courier, by rail are all processed according to customer's instruction. Shipping freight is on buyer's account.

8,    What is delivery date/lead time?

We can complete the production in 5-30 days, exact date depends on quantity.
