Regarding to our overseas after sales, our initial policy is as below:
1, Most importance, the machine must have full quality checking and automatic running 500 shots before delivery, make sure no quality problem left to customer plant.
2, We have after sales engineers can speak English, no barriers for technical problem communication;
3, Machines will equip with remote support module, if machines got problem, our engineer can see the PLC pages and analyze some electrical and hydraulic problems via remote module;
4, International main electrical and hydraulic parts, easily to get in the local market, like Siemen PLC support serve global market;
5, Build online communication group with sales, engineers and your maintenance team if possible, easy for sending pictures, vidoes and feedback after sales problems;
6, Every year, engineers will visit factory 1 or  2 times to communicate with your maintenance team, hear their voice to make improvements on machine operations or quality control;
7, When the machine sales number is going bigger and our engineers could not cover all, then local service engineer will be hired,right now we set up service office in India, and representives in Brazil,Agentina,USA......

General parts warranty time is 14 months after B/L date.
