Panel Formation
Panel Width is 3.297m, Height between 1.8m & 2.4m, Coated Wire Diameter 3.5mm and wire with aperture size (centers) @ 76.2mm x 12.7mm.
Panel Formation
Panel reinforced with 4 x 50mm deep V formation horizontal recessed bands, (rigidity).
2 x 75mm 70 flanges along sides (internal fixtures & anti vandal), (allowing for flush post and panel finish, 48 line wire secure connection, Locking Recess mechanism) and 2 x 30 flanges along top and toe (arrow-straight edges, intergraded angle).
Posts
Post shall be 2.4m long Taper Post.
Post width shall be 85mm - tapering to 45mm with a depth of 85mm.
Post shall include ‘Locking Recess Mechanism’ to secure panel edge.
Post shall be sealed with a UV stabalised polymer cap and fitted with a 12mm base pin.
Post Foundation
600mm deep X 400mm square 50 Mpa concrete.
