Optional accessories

The machine can be equipped with many accessories to carry out different works. Mostly, the machine can be equipped with the 4th axis rotary table or dividing head, we can supply China brand and Taiwan brand, it can be equipped with tool setting probe. You can use tool setting probe to measure tool length,diameter etc. And you can also choose screw type chip conveyor or chain type conveyor.

Production process 

 

 

From the moment we recieve your confirmed order,we will begin to arrange the production. First, we will prepare the castings. We have our own castinng factories,we can make sure its quality.Casting will decide your machine quality. When the castings are ready, we will process it on large equipments, during the period of processing, our purchasing deparment will buy other machines that will be used on the machine, such as spinlde, tool magazine,cnc controller,and maybe some other optional equipments you need.

When all the parts are ready, we begin to assemble it. During assembling, we will test every step to control machine's quality. Large parts and protections will be assembled first, then next is painting. After painting, electrical will be installed, finally, the machine will be assembled well and  tested. We will control each step, so finally, there should be no problem for assembled machine. We will deliver an qualified machine to you.

Processing equipment 

We owns more than 632sets of production equipments, some world famous brand like Germany DMG horizontal machining center, Germany Trumpf laser cutting machine and bending machine, America floor tye boring machine, Shanghai cnc gantry guide rail grinding machine, Beijing cnc gantry type boring milling machine and automatic powder coating line .
