II. Processing step of the production
Vertical axis pay-off → Tension → Electrolytic degreasing → Neutralization → Water washing → Electrolytic acid pickling → Water washing → Thickness zinc coating → Water washing → Bright zinc coating → Water washing → Hot water washing → Baking → Coiler take-up

IV. Main part of the production line
1. Pay off and take up
The pay off adopts vertical axis type with diameter 550 mm, and take up adopt 550 coiler take up.
2. Closed type electrolytic degreasing device
Adopt negative electricity degreasing, the capacity of rectifier is 500A/12V, the liquid circulate by magnetic drive pump. The bottom kerve can be moved which is more convenient for cleaning.
3. Neutralization and water washing tank
All adopt magnetic drive pump for circulating, sewage discharge regularly, reduce the waste water.
4. Electrolytic acid pickling tank
It adopts all closed type, the roller is made by #316 stainless steel, and capacity of rectifier is 500A/12V. The magnetic drive pump is used for the circulating of the acid liquid, the arrangement of copper bar according to the capacity of the rectifier. The bottom kerve can be moved which is more convenient for cleaning.
5. Thickness zinc coating tank
It adopts all closed type, the roller is made by #316 stainless steel, and capacity of rectifier is 8000A/12V. The arrangement of copper bar according to the capacity of the rectifier, anode material is titanium plate whose size is 5*50 mm, and magnetic drive pump is used for the circulating, the effective length of galvanizing is 250 meters.
6. Bright zinc coating tank
It adopts all closed type, the roller is made by #304 stainless steel, and capacity of rectifier is 500A/12V. Anode material is titanium plate whose size is 5*50 mm, and magnetic drive pump is used for the circulating.
7. Baking device
Short circuit baking is adopted, the temperature is adjusted by voltage regulator, which is low power consumption, heating up fast, and safe.
