Pivot test(Load 75kgs power on pivot and test 100,000 times)

1.  Q: Can I get a sample of your fixed bike frame for checking quality firstly?

     A: Yes, we would like to send a sample for your checking.

 

2.  Q: Do you accept customized-order?

     A: Yes, we can make fixed gear bike frame to your prototype or drawings. 

 

3. Q: Can you refund the tooling cost back if you can not make fixed bike frame sucessfully?

     A: Yes. We can 100% refund.

 

4. Q: Will you sell my design to others?

     A: No. If customers required us to make exclusively for them, we will never sell their designs to others.

 

5. Q: How does your company do about quality control?

     A: We always know quality is our company's life. We control quality in every step from Incoming material to the last packing. For bike frame, we will do EN standard14766 testing.

 

6. Q: What's the lead time of completed 50pcs fixed bike frame ?

    A: Usually it takes around 45days. But please check again before you placed an order. Since some times our production is very busy then the lead time will be a little longer.

 

7. Q: Do you have any warranty of fixed bike frame ?

    A: Yes. 2 years.
