Application:
Mainly applicable to joining cotton, wool, polyester, chemical fiber and blended yarns, double raw material bobbins of different specifications into parallel bobbins for processing on short twisting machine.The fore equipment of two-for-one twister for short fiber, can make two or three yarns into one and wind into parallel bobbin.
Main Features:
1. Adopting one motor control one spindle system, easy to adjust yarn speed and winding;
2. Frequency control and broken twsting device avoiding yarns missed;
3. Electron measure device, which can adjust surface speed and the length of yarn;
4. Adopting center computer control system, which ensure correct data;
5. Adopting advanced prevent overlap system, make finished yarn has a nice shape;
6. Single layer,single side, control box was made by plate.
