Abstract :
Single stage gasifier is a continues coal gas generating system.The air and steam produced by the water
jacket is blown through the gasifier bottom to the furnace.The 0.294 Mpa steam and saturated air are gasifying
agent.Lump coal after crushing,screening to size 25to50 mm or 50to100 mm,is added to the gasifier by
coaling system.The coal gas is generated and then goes into the gravity dust collector and cyclone
dust collector and then transport to users.
Application :
It uses air and vapor as the gasifying agents to produce mixed gas. It is suitable for gasifying
coking coal, hard coke, etc. and is widely used in machinery, metallurgy, chemistry, glass,
building materials, food, textile and light industries.
