Q 1: Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
A: We are a manufacturer which has more than 20 years' production experience. We have two factories over 56,000sqm and owns more than 150 experienced engineers and workers.
Q 2: How do you control your production quality?
A: We have an independent QC team. Our QC team do sample inspection, part inspection during production and 30% final inspection before shipment.
Q 3: Can I have a visit to your factory before placing an order?
A: Sure, welcome to visiting our factory. Our factory address is Huanbao Er Road, Qingdao Environmental Protection industry Park, Jimo, Qingdao, China.
It takes about 20 minutes from Qingdao Airport to our factory!
Q 4: Can you arrange the shipment in busy season?
A: We ship more than 500 container every year. We have good relationship with shipping lines. Our products can be shipped in priority.
Q 5: Can i add my logo on the product?
A: Yes. OEM and ODM are available for us.
But you should send us the Trademark authorization letter
Q 6: How can i get the after- service?
A: We will send you the spare parts by free if the problems caused by us.
If it is the men-made problem, we also send the spare parts, but you should pay.
