Q1. How much hair do I need?

    It is mainly based on the size of your head and the hair length personal preference.

    Here is my advice:

    Length 10-18 inches    2 bundles

    Length 20-28 inches    3 bundles

 

Q2. How long does it last?
A: How long the hair lasts depends on how you maintain it. Treat it like your own hair and take very good care of it, and then normally it could last longer than 1 year.

 

Q3: Why the colors of hair extensions don’t seem exactly as the pictures show or description says?

A: Different monitor has different displays. Our colors are the most popular and base on the international standard colors, you need not to worry about this. We can also dye the hair according to your colors.

Q4: Can they be straightened, curled?
A: Yes you could use hair straightener or hair curler to style it as you want.

However, don't do it too frequently, or the heat will make the hair easily get dry and tangled.

 

Q5: Can I dye/color the hair?

A. Yes. The hair can be colored. As a general rule it is easier to darken the hair than to lighten the hair. We recommend dyeing darker, since it is difficult for the original color to fade. Improper dying will ruin the hair. We highly recommend your hairdresser to dye the hair, coloring by yourself will take a risk of not coming out the shade you want. If you can't get to a salon, please always use good quality products and test a small sample first.

 

Q6. Why are my hair extensions getting tangled?
A: It could be caused by dry hair. Please make sure to wash & condition your hair at least once a week, twice a week is better. Comb the hair from time to time. You could go to your stylist for further suggestions.

 

Q7: How to tell human hair from synthetic hair?

A: Human hair has natural protein; it is easy to tell by burning and smell. Human hair will be ash, which will go away after pinching, human hair will smell foul. When burning, the human hair, it will show white smoke, while synthetic hair will be a sticky ball after burning and will show black smoke. Moreover, human hair has different thickness and it may have very few gray hairs and split ends, it is normal and not a quality problem.

 

Q8: How to care your hair extension:

    a. Water to wet hair, use a mild Shampoo, Rinse and leave to dry.

    b. Comb with a wire brush after dry.

    c. You can perming dyeing, but please remember do not do this too frequent, and remember to use the nutrition water.

    d. The combs you’d better choose the round with wide-toothed comb.

    e. Don't make the hair under the blazing sun for quite a long time.

    f. Don't blows the root of hairs too near with the hair drier.
