The 4.5 meter length curing oven is designed for powder coating bigger bulky parts or a big batch of small-sized parts. 
Electric heating style reduces the task of operation and maintenance as well as creates a more clean environment.
COLO powder coating ovens are constructed from high quality components that ensures quick and uniform heating.

This powder curing oven is used for curing the workpiece which has been spraying during the powder coating. When thermoset powder is exposed to elevated temperature, it begins to melt, flows out, and then chemically reacts to form a higher molecular weight polymer in a network-like structure.






Automatic Control-Simple PLC System
PLC Control provides high precision heating process, it offers all the features you need. The panel allows you to set the accurate temperature and duration you require, as well as control the working of fan.
Circulation Fan
Powerful 0.75kw fan speeds up hot airflow that leads to quality cured finishes and optimum cure cycles. The fan for small powder coating ovens can be installed on the top to save space.


Parts Transporting System
COLO powder coating ovens optional 2 trolleys, with inside and outside sets. It is easy for loading and transporting workparts. The inner trolley holding parts always stays clean that will not pollute the oven chamber, keeping the purity of cured parts.
Rock Wool Insulation Board 100mm
The powder coating oven insulation material is 100mm thickness rock wool board, which always maintain the warmness in the oven chamber.
The inner wall is 1mm galvanized steel which is heat-resistant, while the outerwall is durable color steel sheet.
