Q: How to get a sample?
A: ANSWER:For old customers, we can provide sample free and 
customer only need pay express freight. For new customers, we 
will charge 50% higher then the unit price as sample fee and 
customers need to pay express freight also.

 

Q: How to pay express charges if order samples?
A: ANSWER:For those customer, who has DHL, FEDEX, TNT, UPS 
account, can give us your account and we will send the samples by 
freight collected. For those customers, who do not have an express 
account, we will calculate the express freight charge for you and you
can pay the freight charge directly to our company account or paypal. 
Then we 
will delivery the samples by prepaid.

 

Q: How to pay sample charges?
A: ANSWER:You can pay to our company account or paypal. When we 
received the sample fee, we will arrange to make the samples for you. 
The prepare time for sampe will be 2-7days .

 

Q: What is your terms of payment?
A: ANSWER:Usually, we accept T/T, irrevocable L/C at sight. For regular 
orders, we prefer 30% of total amount as down payment and the balance 
paid after shipment(after seeing the copy of B/L).
