DISPERSANT 5200is is a a 100% active content polymeric dispersant developed for the solvent-base paint,ink application. It exhibits good grinding and dispersing ability especially for carbon black and for organic pigment in general. It has good effect to reduce viscosity.

Use:

1) Disperse organic pigment,Carbon black in automotive paint,Industrial paint,Plastic coating,Wood coating.It has good effect for pigment red 177.

2) Disperse organic pigment,Carbon black in printing ink

 

Dosage:

Pigment wt % of active content

Organic Pigment 7-15%

Carbon Black 10-20%

High surface area Carbon Black 40-80%

 

Order of addition:

Mix DISPERSANT 5200 into the millbase.

Add pigments and disperse in the usual routine
