3.Q: Can I make other size and packages for this product?

We are specialized in OEM and we will be glad if you have such request.

4.Q: What's your payment method?

For mass production: 30% TT deposit, balance against B/L Faxed Copy

Samples : 1-3pc stock samples are free, freight collect; customized logo, charged print plated cost, about 35 dollars for 1 color 1 position; freight collect.

5.Q: If my parcel is lost / broken , how could I do?

If you didn’t receive your parcel in time, feel freely to contact us, we’ll track the parcel for you.

If you receive it, but it’s broken, part or all of products broken or lost, please take photos and then please send photo to us, we’ll check and re-make products for you for free if you still need them.
