DX-623 is 2K grey epoxy primer, which is usually applied to the base coat of auto and has excellent
chemical resistance performance, good leveling & adhesive property.

Surface of Application:
Steel, iron, galvanized steel sheet, aluminum and so on. For the non-metal substrate,
it is suggested to check before using.
Surface Preparation:
To use degreaser DX605 to remove grease and paraffin before sanding.
Steel substrate- Remove all the rust and sand till it totally clean
Remove the grease on the substrate by degreaser before spraying.
Mixing Ratio(Volume):
400 portions: Epoxy primer(grey) [DX-623]
100 portion: Curing agent for Epoxy primer[DX-626]
100portion: 1K Thinner[DX-300Series]
To mix the above material evenly in a certain container before using

Spraying Method:
Spray 1-2 layers directly to the substrate after cleaning, and spray the next layer when the last
one is dry to matt, which will normally take 3-5min considering to the temperature and air
flow condition.
