Description

Chemical Jointing Cement sk823 (fabric conveyor belt hot splicing solution)is non-flammable. Applied to hot splicing of steel cord belt, fabric belt,nylon belt,and polyester belt.

The adhesion of intermediate rubber with conveyor belt will be enhanced by using SK823. Tensile strength of splicing will be improved and also can avoid steel wire losing adhesion with belt core.

Operate method of  Chemical Jointing Cement SK823:

1.Brush one even coat SK823 onto splicing surface.

2.Let the solution dry until it is still slightly tacky.

3.Put uncured cover rubber and intermediate rubber on the brushed surface.

4.Cover conveyor belt top rubber.

5.Heating and vulcanizing by vulcanizing press.
