Taidacent Digital Three-Dimensional Angle Handle Joystick Hall Effect Sensor Absolute 3D Position Sensor Module MLX90333
MLX90333 is a TriaxisR position sensor that can sense any magnet moving around it by measuring and processing the 3 spatial components of the magnetic flux density vector (namely Bx, By and Bz).
The horizontal component (Bx and By) can be sensed by the magnetic collector (IMC), and the vertical component (Bz) can be sensed by the traditional Hall plate.
MLX90333 has a 3D magnetometer mode, in which 3D information of magnetic flux density can be output via SPI.
MLX90333 also has a non-contact position sensor mode, suitable for rotary position sensors (through-axis magnets) linear stroke position sensors (magnet displacement parallel to the device surface) and 3D/"joystick" position sensors.
The processed position information will eventually be reported in the form of a proportional analog output or PWM (pulse width modulation) signal. In 3D/"joystick" mode, the device has: Independent output. The 3-pin SPI (serial interface) mode can also be used to transmit position information to the host controller. The output transmission characteristics are fully programmable (for example, offset, gain, clamp level, linearity, thermal drift, filtering, range...), so that any specified requirements can be met through end-of-line calibration.
