Waste Materials Recycling Mattress Rebonded Foam Making Machine

   The rebonded foam making machine is mainly used for mixing the crushed foam granules together with the glue binder,then poured automatically into the pressing mould and from the top hydraulic press , with moving steam from the bottom releases at the same time and we get desired density of the rebonded foam.
  The machine contains mixing tank, automatic mould, the work platform , the hydraulic pressing system, steaming boiler etc  a set of assembly line and high production efficiency, recycle almost 100% of foam waste into profitable commodities.
